Yes: Hsv1, the virus that causes cold sores, can definitely make these lymph nodes enlarged.  If you have an active sore on your mouth, and your neck and collarbone lymph nodes are enlarged and sore, they should improve as the sore improves.  If you don't have a sore, they don't improve, or you have painless, enlarged lymph nodes, you should be examined by a doctor.  Don't wait too long!

Pressure and swell: This can be related to a number of things but often the swelling is underneath where you actually can feel or see (like a glacier).  If these have not gone done within one week go see a doctor.  There are tests that need to be done.  If you feel like you can't breath or have chest pain go to be evaluated urgently.

Yes.: Bacterial infections, including strep can cause enlarged lymph nodes that are near the site of infection.  If that is the cause, if the infection is successfully treated the nodes should shrink back down.  Persistently enlarged nodes, or nodes that continue to enlarge need evaluation.

i have enlarged lymph nodes in the hollow space above my left collar bone. could this be lymphoma?

Any other symptoms?: Many things can cause swelling of lymph nodes.  Other symptoms you are having may help differentiate between them.  Do you have symptoms like fevers, weight loss, night sweats?  Infections, inflammatory conditions or some cancers like lymphoma can do this but most lymph node swellings are not cancer.
This should be evaluated by a physician.

i am extremely worried it has been 1 year since i have had these swollen lymph nodes, they are less than 1cm and are in my lower jugular area and are 2cm above my collar bone they have stayed the same size, are these supraclavicular nodes?, worried?

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

Yes, but...: Sores in your nose can make your neck lymph nodes enlarged.  But the lymph nodes above your collarbone are less likely to be enlarged from sores in your nose. These lymph nodes can be enlarged from something going on in your lungs, chest wall, thyroid, or mouth.  Cancer of the lymph nodes (lymphoma) makes them rubbery and swollen but not painful. If these don't get better soon, see a doctor!

Not sure of question: It sounds like your doctor found a "mass" in your neck above your collar bone and recommended an MRI. This confirmed the presence of lymph nodes in the same area, some of which were slightly large, at the upper ("top normal") limit of normal. These could be reactive... responding to some inflammation/infection nearby or neoplastic (tumor). Depending on other symptoms, observation or biopsy is next

Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph to see if  there is bacteria/viruses/ cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge/hard in response to the inflammation created when they react.  Sx - pain, feeling the node.
