Acromegaly: A growth hormone secreting pituitary tumor would cause acromegaly in an adult and gigantism in a child.  There are radiographic findings on a hand radiograph of acromegaly such as enlarged pisiform bone.  A GH secreting pituitary tumor should not cause increased height in an adult unless the person had some other rare metabolic bone disease in which the physeal growth plates were still open.

i fractured a bone in my knuckles 6yrs ago but i wasn't able to have it check to a medical person, is there any chance that it would be back to normal?

Probably not: After 6 years you hand is probably as good as it is going to be.  You can try strengthening it with gently squeezing exercises but in terms of mobility change is unlikely.

No: Unless the fracture is relatively "fresh, " it would be very difficult to re-break a bone from popping your knuckles.

Bone density: You are unlikely to have any bone density study done in your hands/knuckles.
If you are indeed having hand/skin problems please see a Dermatologist.

Not usually: Some times in arthritic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or other arthritic conditions. But at your age, that would be unlikely.

Check for fracture: I would first get an x-ray to rule out a fracture, nonunion, or non union. Given your history of bone metastases and bone infection, these also need to be excluded as possible causes. Your oncologist or infectious disease physician are good resources to consult.
  Better taping and padding may also help.

hello i punched a wall monday night i'm still having pain on my pinky knuckle and it was swollen but it has decreased over the past few days do you think i broke a bone?

Pain 5th Finger: The 5th metacarpal is a common bone to fracture with this kind of injury.  So common that it is called a boxers fracture.  An X-ray is the only way to know its is broken short of bone sticking out of the skin.  See a doctor for evaluation and treatment.  In the future please punch nothing harder than pillows!

May be a ganglion: See your doctor it may  be a ganglion , simple removal will cure.
