Chemo Is Working!: I recall from your prior questions that you have a locally advanced breast cancer with skin ulceration & that neoadjuvant chemo was advised--congratulations on starting your rx!  in situations like yours, it is common to notice tumor changes even after the first few cycles. Be sure and talk w/your surgeon regarding local wound care--this oozing might get worse before it gets better. Good luck!

You need help: I hope you meant 100mg. If you're really taking 40 capsules of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) a day, and even if you're only taking 4 capsules a day, you need to see a board certified allergist for help. Even if the underlying cause of the itching can't be found, there are better ways to control it

This drug can indeed cause vaginitis and vaginal mycosis. Why are you taking minoxidil during pregnancy? I don't know what claristine is. You need to see your obstetrician/gynecologist right away. I cannot help you. I am sorry.
