Worried you're preg?: Overly exercising and high stress may cause an irregular period. Periods will stop if you are at a very low body weight, since body can not support a pregnancy. Relaxation: Stress can sometimes change your period and sometimes it is something physical. Try a meditation app that helps you relax and see your Dr.  She can check you physically and refer you to a therapist if you could benefit from that.

: This seems to be related to changing hormone levels before the period , especially an increase in  progesterone compared to oestrogen, a decrease in serotonin level and a slight elevation in body temperature with decreased melatonin levels. Stress management , cutting back on salt and sugar , caffeine and alcohol  all seem to help .Sometimes hormonal contraceptives and antidepressants are advised.

Spotting: Spotting is  one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Ammenorhea: Amenorhea (absences of menses) for more than three cycle intervals or six months in women who were previously menstruating should be promptly evaluated by a gynecologist or primary care provider. Your bladder pains are non-specific but could related to an infection (UTI, vaginal infection, etc). It is advised to see PMD to rule out urinary tract infection or other cause.

Not pregnant: If ALL of your clothes were on, and you or your partner did not touch his penis and then your vagina (possibly transferring semen), your chance of pregnancy is ZERO!  Travel and emotional stress are two known reasons why your period might be a little late.  If you are more than a week late and you DID have contact with sperm/pre-cum/cum to vagina --&gt; get a pregnancy test.  Good luck!
