i have dermal cyst on my right ovary and i do not get periods becoz of that.is there some medication to shrink the cyst or ovary needs to be removed?

Do you mean dermoid: If you have a dermoid cyst / ovary and if it is large enough - greater than 5 cm then it needs removed.  
There is no medication to remove / resolve this condition.  
It also is not responsible for your absent periods because the other ovary can /should be functioning well.

is this diabetes, or caused by my medication? i have a spinal injury, and am on the following medications:
fentanyl 12mcg/hr trans-dermal patch
promethazine 25mg tablet-as needed
ibuprofin 800mg 1@every 6 hours as needed
naproxen 500mg- 2x daily

It : It sounds like you went over 24 hours without eating, which could certainly cause low blood sugar. This, combined with your medication regimen could have caused this extreme fatigue. If diabetes runs in your family, your risk of developing the disease is higher. However, experiencing hypoglycemia does not necessarily mean you have diabetes.

Diabetes is diagnosed by blood glucose tests that show a trend of high blood sugars in the blood plasma (over 126). It is manifested by high blood sugar in the blood and low performance of Insulin (which is produced by the body to lower the blood sugar). Symptoms of high blood sugar include extreme thirst/hunger, blurred vision, frequent urination, dry mouth, poor wound healing, recurrent infection and fatigue. See your doctor if you notice any of these signs of high blood sugar.

is radiesse (dermal fillers) safe even if i'm taking medication? i take a bunch of medications daily. are there any prescription medications that could cause problems with radiesse (dermal fillers)?

The : The main concern would be if you were taking any blood thinning medications. Examples would be ibuprofen, aspirin, naprosyn, (naproxen) coumadin/warfarin, and plavix.This list isn't exhaustive. Shouldn't.....: There have been no reports of either Botox or Radiesse causing a positive drug test.

No: Neither the filler nor the lidocaine will affect your drug test results.

Unlikely reaction: Dermal fillers for the eye are made up of hyaluronic acid (ha's). Ha's are a naturally occurring carbohydrates (sugar) present in our soft tissues. It would be extremely unlikely for you to have a drug reaction to ha. I recommend Restylane or belotero as dermal fillers for the lower lid. These should be injected by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon or cosmetic surgeon comfortable around the eye.

Water: Avoid peroxide and alcohol which are just irritating. Avoid bacitracin ,neomycin, triple antibiotic as they are useless as well as sensitizing, causing allergic reactions. Avoid herbs and anything "natural". Water and vaseline are useful. Use surgical (stainless) steel or 14k gold metal.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Permecthrin which is the active substance is safe to use after 2 months, usually is used to treat scabies so make sure someone has prescribed the cream and revised the 9 month old.

if someone scraped only their epidermis on the face, would the dermal layer underneath look visually the same if its showing? how would i know if the dermal layer is showing?

Accepted Answer

: It would appear as a raw area. Though it would not be feasible to ascertain if it is only the epidermis that is missing or deeper tissue as well. Apply triple antibiotic cream to the raw area to prevent infection.
