Acid and scraping: A otc acid and scraping with a pumice bar will help.  If not, you can use the liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrous oxide (this is what i like to use). You can also try oral cimetadine (400 mg three times a day for 12-16 weeks). This is very safe and had the side effect of getting rid of warts for many people of adult size and weight (japma november 1, 1995 vol. 85 no. 11 717-718 ).

Treatment includes mediating above factors. Then is meds like ppi which shut off acid. If meds fail, then surgery including fundoplication can help.

Acid reflux: Lose weight if you are overweight, avoid night snacks or late meals, eat frequent small meals don't get hungry between meals, avoid all fatty and fried food. Eat always baked and grilled food. Avoid alcohol and smoking, nsaids, Aspirin and other medications that can worsen it.

Yes: Salicylic acid is effective in treating warts as are other remedies such as duct tape and antacids such as tagamet (cimetidine). Duct tape is probably cheapest way.

Wouldn't think so: How some label this issue is rather undefined. Some just realize the symptoms don't require obvious sensation of  bringing up stomach material into the throat or nose as silent reflux. The heartburn remains &amp; would be treated the same. Chronic symptoms unresponsive to meds might lead to an invasive study,(esophagoscopy) but otherwise they are treated the same.
