Head, neck ,shoulder: Water runs downhill and so does stomach contents.  Elevating head, neck and shoulders 4"-6" with bricks, blocks of wood under the bed, or a long wedge pillow can help, without hurting your back. Avoid eating for 2-3h before bedtime, don't lie down for 2-3h after eating; avoid coffee, alcohol, peppermint, chamomile, spicy food, fatty foods, chocolate, acidiv foods.

Neither: Elevate feet, or head down if low blood pressure (hypotension); hypertension not likely to be affected. Lying down may have some modest effect.

had wisdom teeth out friday, now monday, swelling won't go down taking ibuprofen and tylenol, icing elevate head and rest but swelling gets worse.

Post Op Instructions: First and most importantly, STOP using ice. It's important to reduce swelling but only in the first 24 hours! After that it shouldn't be used as it limits the body's circulation in the are which is not helpful for healing.  Swelling may take a few days before it starts going down. What you should do is discuss this with the dentist who treated you. Call the office for advice.

Hydrate: Drinking fluids will help increase the blood volume and keep you hydrated.

is it ok put body pillow between mattress and box frame on my side rather then raise head of bed wife slides and hurts her shoulder when i do it. lpr?

You can: The target is to raise your head . If you can do it without  a risk of injuring yourself and your partner i believe you can go ahead and do it. Since this is not a proven safe way of raising your head  the outcome is unpredictable.

Acid reflux, treatab: You likely have acid reflux which is a common ailment. There are a couple of things to do, one is to take an antacid daily. secondly make some change in your life style. Avoid eating fried, oily, high fat foods at dinner time. Eat your meals  early(3-4 hours before bed time). Take Pepcid(or Zantac) twice daily for one week.Prilosec is a more potent antacid, take in case Pepcid/Zantac not good enou

No: You probably has benign positional vertigo. You may go to ENT and he will suggest you some exercises of the head which will improve it.

Symptoms: That sounds more like some type of myoclonus. I would  seek evaluagtion by a neurologist.

Did you lose: Consciousness?   You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Headache/ pressure of head? Are you unable to recall what happened? Do you feel dizzy  or have ringing in the ears? Confusion or slurred speech?  Nausea or vomiting? Extreme fatigue? If you believe you have a concussion please seek prompt medical care. If you don't have these types of symptoms - you can  go to bed.
