why do i get random electric shock feelings in different parts of my body? itll be for a long time. ill get a shock that feels like touching actual electricity in one spot like my leg, arm, or lip for example?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Regular exercise may help. Engage in aerobic exercise for 150 minutes/week. Drink enough water for that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take over the counter multivitamins, just in case of deficiency.

i have stenosis and morton's neuroma in my right foot. recently i get a tingling sensation in my calf into my foot. itfeels like a very slight electric current.
it lasts for about 2 secs goes away for 2 sec and then comes back
my leg is painful .

Nerve pain : Lumbar stenosis can cause leg pain by inflaming nerves and leg pain. Mortons neuroma usually causes foot pain

Due to your age, you may have a herniated disc in the spine or a compression fracture ( sign of osteoporosis)of the spine.These would require an evaluation and appropriate imaging, and treatment.
