Orthopedic: You're going to need an X-ray if you can get one. A full history would help, but resting, icing it, and taking advil or naproxen should help. Do that for three weeks and stop whatever work or sport it was you were playing. If you can put your wrist in a splint and not bend the elbow much it will help also.

i went to sleep and i woke up with shoulder and elbow pain in both arms and i haven't exercised recently, and i'm not sure if i should go to the hospi?

Depends: If the symptoms resolve within a few minutes, then they may simply be related to your sleep position. If so, you should see your doctor. If symptoms not resolving in a few minutes, then you should go to the hospital emergency to get evaluated for spine injury.

Dislocation?: I see you have constant cracking chest sternum. Do you have hypermobility syndrome?  If so you could be predisposed to spontaneous dislocation of virtually any joint, including the elbow,  and the sternal pain and cracking may be chronic dislocations of the joints connecting the ribs to the sternum.  If this is not the case, you will need an exam and possibly xray of the elbow.

i'm have severe elbow pain especially when it's bent fully. i know at night i sleep on the elbow fully bent. what could it be and what' should i do?

Elbow pain: may be tendonitis. Would try splint at night   so as not to bend elbow, or pillow under that arm to see if it helps  also consider NSAID, muscle relaxants. sometimes a short course of steroids or  a sterodi njection can help f/u with orthopedist/ urgent care

Neurologist: Most likely there is a nerve entrapment which could be in the elbow, wrist or possibly the neck area. An orthopedic surgeon or a neurologist would be best qualified to examine you but an EMG( elelectromyogram) May be needed to pinpoint the area of nerve entrapment and xrays and/or MRI May also be ordered.

while sleeping i suffer from chest tightness mainly on the right chest and right elbow pain.i experience right knee pain too..what could be the cause?

Hard to say: Pains at night can be a normal result of activities during the day, and even arthritis which is commonly worse at night. Chest tightness is a concerning symptom, especially for a man in his mid 40s. It can suggest a serious problem like heart disease, or more commonly, reflux, or something like asthma. You have several things that may or may not relate. As you are suffering, best to get good exam.

A common injury : involving the inside elbow is "Golfer's Elbow"(Don't have to play golf to get this).It is a tendinitis involving tissues around the medial epicondyle. Continued insult may occur with curls. Is that when it hurts?First,stop re injuring this area by not doing anything that makes it hurt. A local cortisone injection gives relief but if you go back to same activity that caused the problem, it returns

Can be pinched nerve: Pinched nerve when it passes in a groove in the back of the elbow can cause it. This can be from inflammation, scarring, or bone spur. Occasionally Carpal Tunnel syndrome will cause the same. If rest, by avoiding activities that cause pain, and icing does not take care of it in few days, then you need to see your primary doctor for further evaluation, testing, and treatment.
