Orthopedic: You're going to need an X-ray if you can get one. A full history would help, but resting, icing it, and taking advil or naproxen should help. Do that for three weeks and stop whatever work or sport it was you were playing. If you can put your wrist in a splint and not bend the elbow much it will help also.
