Squatting: It depends on your body size, the baby's size, and whether or not you have an epidural.  Generally though, gravity always helps and squatting will also help.  Women who do yoga and pilates, both activities that strengthen your back and abdominal muscles do very well with pushing.  Also swimming is an excellent activity to prepare you for pushing.

Exercises: Kegels are exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.  The easiest way to figure out how to do them is to stop the flow of urine.  This tightens the right muscles.  Hold for 6-8 seconds and repeat this 8-12 times three times a day.  Once you learn how to do it, you don't have to be on the toilet.  It can take 3-4 months to notice a change.  Best wishes!

Dizzy: Positional "postural" dizziness can be due to a number of causes. Most commonly would be either a vestibular (middle/inner ear) or causes related to hydration.  The brain is very stingy when it comes to wanting blood flow and oxygen. There are mechanisms in place to keep the blood moving from the heart to the brain. Often dehydration disrupt this normal process resulting in dizziness.

Depends: There isn't one position that maximizes conception. The anatomy of the female vagina will determine the angle in which sperm will stay close to the cervix the longest. Usually a pillow underneath the hip after intercourse for approximately 20 minutes should maximize conception.
