If you are using heroin, you need to switch to methadone, but you should not stop cold turkey while you are pregnant.

May also be used in postexposure prophylaxis for rubella (within 72 hours) to reduce the risk of infection and fetal damage in exposed pregnant women.

I wouldn't recommend buying mixtures labeled as "homeopathic" because some contain material substances that aren't proven safe in pregnancy.  They also may not match you. Classical homeopaths use single remedies,  in potencies that do not endanger you or your baby.
