: Just begin with light exercise for a couple weeks then advance to HITT as tolerated. I would advise against HITT at this moment. Take care.

Ivf: My wife had this done.  Egg retrieval is intravaginal.  You take a bunch of meds like braville and menopur.  Then you get a shot of Pregnyl for maturation on of the follices.

Confirm protocol: It sounds like you have seen a fertility physician already and that a individualized care plan has already been created. I would schedule a follow up visit with that doctor to go over the details of the plan and make sure you are comfortable.

No: Generally oral antibiotics are given a one before, the day of and the day after embryo transfer to decrease a possible, but unlikely risk, of bacterial contamination of the embryo catheter during transfer from bacteria in the vagina.  If you are several days post transfer there will probably be little value at this point.  Good luck with the transfer.

Risks are very low but can include bleeding, infection, and failure to recover eggs; discuss these with your own ivf doctor and good luck.
