Labial swelling: Swelling of the labia is most often caused by sexual activity if it is on both sides, or a vaginal infection, not a "UTI".  A prolonged vaginal infection with bacteria or yeast can cause labial swelling. See your healthcare provider for an exam and evaluation.

IT could happend: Edema after circumcision it could happen especially if they use ring ,but it goes away , continue your antibiotic for UTI.

Penile swelling could be due to skin infections, trauma, or edema (fluid build up in the body).

Unrelated: There is no relation between the 2.  Uti is treated with antibiotics. I am not sure what you mean by throat swelling.

See a urologist: Suggest that you call the urologist's office and ask if you can speak with them or their nurse and explain the issues and get their advice on whether waiting is ok. Might be better if you could get your pcp to do this since the response might be more forthcoming. Good luck and best wishes.

Med side effect: I would get a change in antibiotic.  Drugs can do a lot of good things as well as have all types of side effects.
Best to just change the medication.  If goes away you have proven the side effect to the med. If not need to have revisit to see why you have the ankle swelling.

Vaginal swelling: Could be bartholins gland cyst. Though they are usually uncomfortable  coudl be reaction to some product Follow up  with doc urgent care may need to  be lanced
