5-7 days : 11 week sonograms are very accurate with only a 5-7 day margin of error.

Q: my edd was nov 23.what are the possible intercourse days that could have lead to conception? ( i was given the day of my conception which was march 2nd?

: If you know the date you conceived, March 2nd, then the intercourse would have had occurred no more than five days before that date, probably within a couple of days before March 2. Please note that due date has an error of 2 weeks on either side and your idea of the conception date may not be accurate.

Yes: If your dates and ultrasounds are consistent the estimated conception date should be reliable within a few days. Short of tracking ovulation with daily ultrasounds or one of the in vitro methods, that is the best we can do.

Not necessarily: A term baby is 37 to 42 weeks. A five week window. The earlier the us the more accurate, but still only within one week. 85 percent of women will deliver in the 5 week window. To answer, no it doesnt mean your conception date is off.

Mid January: With an EDC of 10/10/2014 - conception would have happened within about a week (plus or minus) of January 17, 2014. I hope this helps.

Yes: Although there is a range of accuracy with sonography - the later in a pregnancy, the less accurate (specific for dating) it is - at 6+1wks, it is accurate to within 2 days. So, your calculations are correct.

CRL and conception: The crl measured during a sonogram is a good way to determine the date of conception and delivery.  Repeat the measurement in 2-3 weeks to confirm.

February: Assuming your periods are regular and the last day of your period was febgruary 12, intercourse from feb
ruary 10-15 could have led to conception. Again, this assumes a regular cycle of 28-30 days and is of course only an approximation.

Menstrual period was likely around 12/28/16, and you likely conceived 2-3 weeks later.

Depends: It depends on the length of your menstral cycle, etc. There are many online preg calculators which can help you.
