Seen on ultrasound: Means they saw something (a mass)in the endometrium (the inner lining of the uterus).  Further discussion with your gynecologist is warranted and possible further testing or imaging might be needed.  Cannot tell you anything more than that. Uterus pp: After 7 weeks pp your uterus should be of normal size. I would definetly be worried about it and would perform an HCG quantitative to make sure its zero. There are serious pathologies that can ocurr pp or after any type of pregnancy. Also placenta might be retained inside the uterus . Please follow up with your doctor.

Maybe: Fibroids that interfere with fertility are those that are along the lining of the uterus (submucosal). Fibroids that are along the outer edge of the uterus (subserosal) do not interfere with getting pregnant. The ones in between (intramural fibroids) can interfere with getting pregnant if they get large. Find out which type of fibroid the fundal one is and this will answer your question. Good luck

Polyp, fibroid: I am assuming that you had an ultrasound because of a problem.  The ultrasound shows an abnormality in the lining.  This either represents a fibroid or a polyp, most likely.  You should have also have an endometrial biopsy because of your age.  The best way to evaluate this and treat it is with a procedure called a hysteroscopy.

This is a thickened: endometrium. The endometrial thickness depends on your hormonal status during the month. This may need to be evaluated by your doctor. Things like infection can also thicken the lining so that it is best talk to your doctor.

Anteversion just : Means tilt (normal) and the size of the uterus is normal. Heterogeneity is a nonspecific term that means not all of the uterus looks the same. The report should indicate what (if any) significance there is to this finding. Uterine heterogeneity can be seen with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis (both of which can be associated with pelvic pain and other symptoms).
