Your OB doc: Should be have already discussed that with you and tell you or you really should be seeing a perinatologist who is a high risk specialist because 1 in 130 for downs is a highly elevated risk esp at your age of 31 besides the other findings, the perinatologist should be able to give u a good estimate and you will probably need one of the new blood tests like harmony or a genetic amnio.

Many patients : With fibromyalgia developed irritable bowel syndrome. Does not affect the heart directly  but because is associated with anxiety and depression it may be associated with heart complains like chest pain and tachycardia.
