Very unlikely: Go see your doctor for an exam.  Tonsil cancers are generally painless, often difficult to see by eye, and begin appearing usually in the 30s in non-smokers.

Blood is blood : The color of the blood in your menstrual cycle is not useful or relevant. It reflects how long the blood has been sitting inside your uterus or at the back of your vagina. Red is new. Brown or black blood is older and the blood products have started to break down. Menstrual blood color is not something you need to pay attention to. If your cycles are heavy consider birth control for regulation.

i used a public restroom & put down a paper toilet seat cover. i noticed a few small dots of red/orange on the inner side of the toilet seat in the front. what is the chance of hiv transmission? could it have gotten on toilet paper i wiped with?

Not likely: The color of menstrual blood is not particularly useful. If this occurred after your period you may just be passing the blood left over in the vagina. Monitor and see if it continues over the next cycles.

?blood : If.it's blood it isn't mixed with stool and could be from a hemorrhoid, anal fissure, rectal growth. A simple test.on a stool sample obtained by a rectal 
exam in a physicians office can detect the presence of blood. If it's positive for blood, your MD will probably refer you to a gastroenterologist or proctologist for investigation.

: If your periods have been regular (24-32 days apart) , and "not sexually active" means only vaginal intercourse or even external exposure to semen has not occurred, your period may be "late" due to delays in ovulation (stress, anxiety, etc.) which will delay onset of bleeding.  If pregnancy is possible, wait another week and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.
