Listen to your body: It is healthy to wake up with a good appetite. Maybe the garlic is upsetting your GI tract.  Stop for a few days and see if appetite returns. Maybe a lesser amount would not have this effect or cooked garlic would be tolerated.

And even if garlic bulbs contain the toxin, you will likely chase away all of your friends and family members from eating pounds of them before you get ill.   Certainly, most people can tolerate  200 units of botulinum from Botox injections without any problem.  Honey contains small amount of the toxin also and thus not recommended for young infants.

No,: Garlic is not going to help HPV infection. You should get vaccinated against HPV to prevent  genital warts and cervical cancer.
