Not unless allergic: Other than relieving an itch, calamine lotion should not have any effect on the skin. It would be very unusual to be allergic to calamine lotion but it is theoretically possible, so if your skin seems more irritated, red, itchy or uncomfortable after using calamine lotion, stop using it and avoid it in the future. More likely would be effects from whatever rash you were using the calamine to treat.

Use on salads: Vinegar (your choice of which vinegar) is good for cooking and for salads. It is mostly acetic acid. Stings on cuts or in the eye. Sometimes good for ear canal problems. I'd rather drink it than apply to skin. It might draw flies.

can 10mg of isotretinion cause an ib?  it will be a week today and my skin is worst :( no side effects so far thank goodness!

Isotretinoin: The correct dosing of Isotretinoin is 1mg/kg. Thus, if you weigh 130 lbs you would take 60mg a day in divided doses. If you do not take the optimum dose, the acne has a greater chance to return once you stop the medication. Ib and Isotretinoin is controversial and is a rare consequence.
