Fatigue: Chronic fatigue may be due to anemia, iron or vitamin deficiency,underactive thyroid,depression,chronic stress,inadequate sleep,low blood pressure,infection,etc. You should have a checkup to find the cause of your chronic fatigue.

Alcohol concern: Your stating that you "don't like" your preference for a bottle or two of wine at night suggests your drinking concerns you. Daily alcohol consumption in this amount may cause  liver disease, gastritis, and damage multiple organ systems. You may not feel symptoms until the damage is done.

Eating : When it comes to eating it can be a huge struggle for parents.   Children are born yearning for more agency and freedom of choice.  Eating can be a battle ground unless you honor their choosing ability.   Offer which chair to sit in, which food to eat first, how much food to be served.   Let them choose which silverware everyone has to use first.   Make it a choosing game and stop worrying!!

Physical activity: At your weight is difficult to go running but is very important to do some physical exercise, walking or bycicling or zumba etc. Do what you can to increase your metabolism, burn calories, lose weight and control your blood sugar levels. Try hard. Best of luck.

Probably not: Prenatal vitamins are recommended in early pregnancy partly because they contain folic acid.  This has been shown to prevent certain problems with the baby's spine.  However, if you didn't take prenatal vitamins, these problems are still very rare.  Odds are high that your baby will be just fine.  Best wishes!

You & everybody else: Ur almost a man, and what u do by yourself teaches u about ur mind & body in preparation for adult life & keeps u comfortable and focused. Sounds like there's no obsession or risk of problems. If dad's a reasonable guy, maybe u can talk with him. Try to avoid buying food that's sugary / greasy / salty (we tend to overeat this), get plenty of protein & some fruits & vegetables.Good habits start now.

Calculating adult : height at age 5 based on gender, height  &amp; mid-parental stature isn't always accurate. Genetic growth potential, diet &amp; age at which the growth plates of the long bones close in late puberty are factors.
