INDUCBLE ISCHEMIA: Assuming this is cardiac approach depends on specific location &amp; extent of ischaemia and  includes antiplatelets (aspirin),betablockers,ACEI and high potency statin. Invasive angiography also needs to be pursued depending on specific pertinent to you.

Not a problem: Nocturnal emissions are not a disease. In fact this phenomenon is perfectly normal and will not affect your fertility. If you do not like the nocturnal emissions for any reason you may masturbate to relieve the sexual tension that is normal at your age. Masturbation also will not do any harm whatsoever.

Nothing easy: Even a dermatologist or plastic surgeon cannot remove acne scars. They may be made less visible by laser treatment, dermabrasion, microsurgery or injecting a filler. I'm sorry that your acne was not treated when it should have been, and i hope that you able to get some help.

i have mild emphysema without treatment do you know how fast it can progress i don't have insurance but i do seem to get out of breath really easy?

Not just mild: If you only have mild emphysema you should not get out of breath easily At your age, unless you are very obese you should have a lot of breathing reserve. Causes for your breathing are accompanying other lung disease (asthma, thickening in the lung)  or a heart problem. Stay away from places and from activities where you get short of breath. Find a MD or clinic that will work with your budget.

Elimite (permethrin): The usual treatment is applying a prescription lotion called Elimite (permethrin) which is available as a generic. I am not aware of an over the counter product for canine mites.Canine mites may require a second application or resistant cases an oral agent Ivermectin can be used.

Fotofacials : Fotofacials are effective, but the number of sessions needed and the frequency of sessions to maintain varies form patient to patient. Advanced age, smoking and sun exposure makes on need more and more frequently.

Same as normal: If your thyroid level is normal on replacement, your chance of pregnancy is generally the same as if you didn't have a thyroid problem in the first place. Depends upon your other fertility factors. There are some women, however, who have thyroid disease secondary to antibodies against their thyroid and these can cause uncommon fertility problems.

No pain Spondylosis: Spondylosis just means age related spinal degeneration.  WE all get this with age...  I agree that if there is no pain, that you can go skiing.  I would advise daily spinal stretches/strengthening on a preventative basis.  But let's all act our age....avoid icy days, and avoid paying less attention on easier runs, where a majority of injuries occur.

Your dr can: Prescribe valtrex (valacyclovir). Melissa officinalis or lemon balm (cream) has been shown in european studies to help expedite cold sore healing. It can reduce healing time by 1/2. Studies also show regular use can help v recurrences. Brief supplementation w lysine 1, 000mg orally 3x a day at the onset, can hasten healing. Your dermatologist can provide laser treatments.
