hello my period came 2 weeks early. i have endometriosis but its been pretty calm the past fw months. my significant other ejaculated inside me about a week ago. is this potentially early pregnancy signs or should i be more alarmed?

That's possible: If you're not using birth control, the bleeding could be related to endometriosis or implantation bleeding.  So, check a pregnancy test in about a week.

Abnormal periods: No this is absolutely not normal. You say you are 26 days late but do you usually have regular periods. Do you have any other symptoms, such as breast tenderness? It may be time to have an ultrasound to look for an answer. You may be having a functional cyst that is keeping you from getting pregnant. Also the like spotting must be investigated. The blood pregnancy test is also a good idea.

Not likely/PG neg: It is unlikely that you are pregnant with several negative pregnancy tests, and it means your period has simply been delayed.

Miscarriage?: Take a blood pregnancy test. If hcg elevated that would suggest a miscarriage or a chemical pregnancy.

It normally doesn't: Endometriosis can cause problems with getting pregnant due to scarring that can affect the tubes or involve the ovaries so that the egg and sperm can't meet. It can increase your risk of a tubal pregnancy since it is harder for the fertilized egg to move down to the uterus. There are also chemical changes that can do both those things.Once you are pregnant, endometriosis is inactivated.

Possibly temporarily: The high Progesterone levels in pregnancy can suppress endometriosis, and the effect can even last well beyond delivery.  This observation led to the current hormonal treatments for endometriosis including birth control pills and progestins in various forms.  Unfortunately, without continued medical suppression after delivery the endometriosis symptoms often return.

No, : No, there is no conclusive evidence that demonstrates that putting off pregnancy makes women more likely to have endometriosis.  In fact, many women have improvement of their endometriosis symptoms have improvement after pregnancy, though some still are symptomatic.

Probably not: Most women with endometriosis do well during pregnancy.  Even if they had a lot of symptoms before pregnancy, they tend to subside considerably during pregnancy.  It is likely due to the hormone changes in pregnancy leading to Progesterone dominant state.  In addition, women do not go through cycles so there is no cramps associated with menstrual periods either.

can your endometriosis symptoms start during pregnancy?

Not Common: To be honest, the high Progesterone levels in pregnancy usually make endometirosis a lot better. But lots of other things can cause aches and pains in pregnancy. That is much more likely.
