i was told i had a thick uterus linning caused by hormonal imbalance, its 3.5cm x 7.93 cm. i have early signs of pregnancy but - test. what is normal?

Something not right: Those sound like measurements of the uterus and not the uterine lining. Verify those numbers with your doctor. If those numbers are correct for the lining then this needs prompt evaluation and a biopsy. I suspect these are not the lining measurements but rather the measurements of the uterus. Pregnancy tests are reliable. If you doubt the result simply repeat in a few days.

is thrush an early pregnancy sign? i am trying to conceive after 2 prev miscarriages and this is a new symptom for me. could it be hormone related?

Thrush common pregn: Thrush is common in pregnancy. Hormonal changes alter the bacteria in the vagina and allow natural thrush to grow. Natural sugars and reduced vaginal acidity contribute. Thrush is probably not related to miscarriage.

today i felt really nauseous this evening and had to run to the bathroom and vomit i had unprotected sex 3 days ago could this have anything to do with it? could it be a early pregnancy sign? could it be the hormones from pregnancy if i am pregnant?

3 days is too early: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

Varies: You are probably asking about bhcg hormones which are the main hormone associated with pregnancy. It goes up in early pregnancy but the numbers vary widely from person to person.

Almost immediately: Hard to say exactly what you mean with this question.  A woman's physiology starts changing almost immediately, but it is variable as to when a woman notices this.  

My wife knew she was pregnant almost immediately, or at least she thought she was.

if antiphosopolipid, autoimmune, hormonal tests are normal before pregnancy, what are the chances of these issues to crop once pregnant. 2 early mcs?

Negligible: if auto-immune work up has yielded negative results, they are likely to continue to be negative during pregnancy as well. The most common reason for miscarriages in the first trimester is chromosomal. I would not worry about the auto-immune component just yet without any history of dysfunction or auto-immune disease symptoms
