i'm 11 days late, negative pregnancy tests, sore nipples but not breasts, feel a little bit sick on occasion, and i'm emotional, could i still be pregnant?

Late for Menses?: If your urine pregnancy tests are negative, it is unlikely that you are pregnant, but a blood pregnancy test is more sensitive.  Also, depending on your age, being late for your period is not unusual.  Some of the symptoms can be those of mild PMS.  If you had any spotting or bleeding, it could be considered a period.  If you missed your period, you many get it if about 3 weeks.

i have sore nipples, my breasts are full and also have light abdomen pains. i tested negative for pregnancy. so i have no idea what could be the possible medical diagnoses. please assist?

Hormone imbalance : possibly from polycystic ovarian syndrome,  or thyroid dysfunction. Blood testing with your doctor could be helpful.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Sore nipples: It means exactly that the brest tissue is not sore, but the nipples themselves are sore.  Can be due to many reasons, the commonest is probably breast feeding or excessive nipple stimulation by a partner.

Nipple pain: Hormonal fluctuations, medication changes. weight gain and  poorly fitting bras are common cause of nipple pain. Jogging or recent exercise changes can cause the nipples to rub. Schedule a visit for an exam if none of these apply to you. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

: Yes. The progestin in the Plan B can stimulate the breasts and this can cause soreness in some women.
