Not pregnant: There r a lot of things that can cause a delayed period but with 2 negative pregnancy tests it is highly unlikely that u r pregnant.Stress alone can cause this as can weight changes,diet, exercise, medications,and illnesses like thyroid disease, diabetes/insulin resistance,PCOS,adrenal disorders, and pituitary problems.See your PCP or gynecologist for a full history, exam,and tests to know 4 sure.

Likely benign: Very likely this is a tension headache like you mentioned. Be sure to stretch your muscles weekly with exercises like yoga. Continue to stay well hydrated with water and clear fluids. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for pain. If it worsens or you cannot keep fluids down, see your doctor.

Test for preganancy: You can get an inexpensive urine strip test from your pharmacy that will tell you whether you may be pregnant.  Generally positive within 7-10 days of conception although you may have to test more than once.

Possible early pregnancy sxs: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/.

Wait and see: Luckily in today’s world pregnancy tests are so accurate that one does not have to wait long to find out. A pregnancy test should be accurate about 2 weeks after ovulation. You can take  test next week and find out. Obgyns would not want to “guess” about pregnancy status based on a a very nonspecific symptoms such as facial flushing.
