It is possible: If you were pregnant and miscarrying, then a pregnancy test would likely still be positive.  You should check this.  If it is negative, then this is probably not a miscarriage.  Given that it is abnormal anyway, you should run it by your ob/gyn and see if they want you to be seen.

May be: About 25% of early pregnancies are lost spontaneously, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. You may have experienced loss of an early pregnancy.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Miscariage: Yes probably if tissue does not disintegrate on pressure as a blood clot would. Needs to see a doc to insure uterus is really empty. Any remaining tissue need be removed to prevent infection.

: Not likely. A healthy pregnancy would not be lost due to stress of daily life.
About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Usually the only manifestation is a slightly heavy, delayed period.

Unlikely: It effects the day of your ovulation which is 14 days before the first day of your menstruation and no effect on the miscarriage in my opinion.

Difficult to say: It is difficult to predict the next ovulation after a miscarriage or even term pregnancy. The first cycle after pregnancy is often unusual but it safe to say your period should come within 42-60 days. As for the ovulation date, roughly 14 days prior to the period.

The : The most important thing to do if you have not already is to check a home pregnancy test.  If you see any line in the positive section you should see your doctor for a blood test.  Her symptoms could be from a miscarriage or from a pregnancy outside of the uterus called an ectopic pregnancy.  This is a very dangerous condition.  Upper abdominal pain can be a sign of a worsening condition.  I would recommend doing a pregnancy test right away and if it is positive, calling your doctor right away.
