Antibody positive?: Once you have had the disease, certain antibodies to the virus continue to be found in the blood, quite often for life.  During acute infections, additional antibodies develop. If you are only positive for antibodies and have no active disease, that's common. Also, the disease that we call "mono" (infectious mononucleosis) can be clinically caused by at lest 2 viruses (ebv and cmv).

EBV antibodies: There are several different types of antibodies that form to various portions of the eb virus and these may be igg or igm antibodies. Interpretation of this test can be difficult even for the average doctor. Would need more info about your test results to comment.

EBV infection: Once you had EBV you most probably will have antibodies to EBV, even if it is active there is no specific treatment for it. Treatment is mostly symptomatic. Testing is not going contribute for the management.

Currently ill?: Once infected, a person keeps his ebv virus forever in his body. Ebv is common. There are usually 4 antibodies tested, and a patient should have a reason for being tested (he has some illness). If positive for past ebv, that just means a past infection. If positive for current ebv, that means a current infection. If both, it could be a re-activation of ebv, or a resolving "current" ebv infection.

Odd statement: The early antibody is IgM. This comes out in the first weeks of infection and fades some after a month or two. IgG comes out after the IgM level peaks &amp; starts to fade and may persist for a lifetime.

Abnormal labs: The first question is what symptoms were you having that prompted the testing. RF may be seen with rheumatoid arthritis but also with some viral infections. The other tests suggest you have been exposed the EBV virus, which is common, in the past. If you are having joint symptoms, I recommend seeing a rheumatologist and would be happy to consult, if needed.

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities, including that these there phenomena have no relation to each other.  Vitamin d deficiency is relatively easy to treat, as long as its cause is determined.   The sed rate needs investigation for infection, etc.

HIghly unlikely: If you meant your ebv antibody titer is high, that is a very nonspecific finding unless the antibody is igm.  Most healthy people have positive ebv titers and thus the probability is highly unlikely.
