Symptoms can occur before missing a period.

See your dr: A late period with cramping could be a sign of  pregnancy.  Could be other causes (hormones, etc).  Do a pregnancy test.  If you want to be pregnant, you should be taking prenatal vitamins.  If you don't want to be, talk with your doctor about birth control options.

For chest tightness, difficulty breathing, swelling of lips, mouth, throat – call 911. Take pregnancy test &amp; notify Dr if your period is 7 or &gt; days late.  Your sxs could be &gt;

Vaginal secretions: constantly change through out the menstrual cycle. This does not necessarily mean anything specific. However if
you develop sores, pain, itching, redness, swelling, or colored discharge with odor - then something is wrong and should be checked out medically.

Possibly: Purchase a home pregnancy test.  They usually become positive at about the time you're a week late on your period.  If it's negative, repeat it in a week.

Typically more sore: Women who are pregnant commonly report increasing soreness and breast swelling. Otc pregnancy tests are increasingly more sensitive and i would try one of these or ask you doctor for a serum hci.
