how to get parasites out of human ears?

Parasites: Occasionally ascaris lumbricoides will come out of ears after climbing up from the GI tract and perforating the eardrum.  Are not many other parasites seen in the ear. Most ear parasites are not really classified as parasites at all, meaning they don't meet all the requirements of the genus.

Plan: This is simple way to figure out what is going on: Somebody need to look in your ear, and this should be a doctor. No parasites in ears.

Ear parasites: The person who told you this probably already has something destroying their brain. You can get mites in the ear canal, but they do not get into the brain. Occasionally Ascaris will get into the inner ear from the GI tract, but does not get into the brain. Do not worry about this, it is nonsense.

Hard to say: The face rash is hard to say anything about without seeing it, but the lumps on the neck are probably glands. I would see your physician so he can diagnose and probably easily treat the face rash. I think the bumps on the neck are because of the rash but it needs to be seen.

No risk, no worries: In the US in the past 50 years, important medical consequences from dogs are very rare, esp. assuming the dog is properly vaccinated. The main risk is wound infection if bitten. Parasitic infections from dogs are very rare and ingesting bird droppings doesn't raise the risk. Anyway, for every time you know this happened, it probably occurred 10 other times as well. Nothing to worry about!

: Many issues in multiple unrelated body parts. Not sure what this is but see a physcian and have a work up. Too many possibilities to even begin. Like what is your history and family history and any swimming in arears that have parasites etc.

Intestinal?: Stromectol (ivermectin) is for intestinal parasite. On head and neck parasite needs proper and specific diagnosis. Did you travel abroad? why you think you may have a parasite on head and neck
