Possibly.: But your barber should be cleaning the electric razor head or manual blade between clients.  I would, however, not worry unless you develop symptoms.

Tea tree oil: Demodex mites are usually prevalent in areas where there are oily sebaceous glands like the face, scalp and eyelids--not so much the nose, i believe. At any rate tea tree oil is a good place to start. You might be able to get tea tree oil shampoo at your local GNC or whole foods. I do a weekly lid scrub for my patients with a strong 50% mixture in clinic for three weeks with nightly ointment

Call your PCP: your symptoms are not typical especially if this is the first time you have had them. It is also possible that the painkiller isn't effective for your symptoms. I don't think you need to worry about dying; I do think you should call your PCP ASAP and see what she or he recommends.

Likely nothing: First it was unlikely to be a flea. Even if it does, it would not cause you any harm. Enjoy the flea meal.

: A bacterial infection in the nasal passage should not be taken lightly. Both topical &amp; oral antibiotics would be my recommendation if findings suggest an early boil. Hot clean water ( not too hot) compresses for 10 minutes, pat dry and apply the antibiotic cream&amp; See your physician or ENT specialist.

Hemostatic solution: You probably lacerated the inside mucosa of the nose, apply pressure and lay down as blood pressure might increase, 
tray to apply any hemostatic solution sold over the ouster in the drugs store.
You should be fine , but if cognition persists you should see a doctor asap.
