Wax buildup: Sounds like you have wax build up with some part that's loose.
See your pcp and have them examine and clean out your ear as needed.  Don't try to do it yourself because you don't want to damage your ear drum especially if you have a large amount of wax buildup.

issues with ears,hx of tinnitus, got loud audible popping in my right ear, happens a few times a day, but my ears clogged and hurt. ent gave me valium and medrol via nurse call. what will that help with? also i already take klonopin. is that all safe?

: Do not combine valium &amp; klonopin. The doctor may not have been aware that you are already taking klonopin.

You need an exam: To figure this out.Could be anything from wax to a ruptured eardrum with infection.Go get checked, if persists.

Water in ear canals?: If you had used an irrigating device, this may be from the water left behind. Try putting a drop of rubbing alcohol into the ear canal to see if this helps.  If not, see doctor.

Get checked: You should be seen.  The clogged feeling can be from infection or fluid behind the eardrum or from an impaction of wax in the ear canal.

Don't cut it off!: I hope when you say get rid of it, you're talking about the pain and not the ear!. All kidding aside, you need to find out where in the ear the pain and "clogging" are occuring. If it's outer ear, then your ear canal needs cleaning.  Middle ear problems may respond to "ear popping", chewing gum and if an infection is present, possible antibiotics.

Probably: Due to irritation of the facial and or trigeminal nerve. Soft foods no gum chewing follow up with your doctor if no better in a few days

ACUTE BRONCHITIS: Your symptoms are consistent with acute bronchitis . You need to be reevaluated  labs and CXR R/O pneumonia. You will probably need a  course of antibiotics and a nebulizer to give deeper penetration for medication Please get evaluated promptly! If  cough and wheezing are progressive a course of steroids may be tried. Cough generates do to spasming is alveoli in lungs.UNLIKELY TO BE CANCER
