Probably not necessary to use an antiseptic in your ear unless instructed by your dr for a specific problem.

Antiseptic solututio: If the procedure of belly button piercing was done by someone who used antiseptic technique, the rubbing alcohol or betadine solution would be a better choice on a daily basis until the area is healed after that regular baths and the use of an antibacterial soap would be sufficient.
