Back and leg pain: Can be due to lumbar spine problems or issues near it.  If associated with fever, concern must be given to infection of the disc and/or vertebra or psoas muscle.

Go back to doctor : The symptoms of fever and back pain in a person being treated for a UTI is concerning for a kidney infection, called pyelonephritis. These can be very serious. You should see your doctor as soon as possible and this should not wait through the weekend.

Usually: Pain from bladder infection/UTI are usually describe as pain on urination like burning. Flank pain can be associated with Kidney stone or Pyelonephritis

: Please request another urine test and quantity of urine protein screening. Autoimmune disease should be considered, and is often associated with renal disease. Screening tests are available. Monitor BP and please follow up with your physician soon. If symptoms described are present currently, please see urgent care or the Emergency room, depending on the severity.

Injections of Dextrose by Dr’s have long been used with great safety &amp; done in the office. Dr. specialists called Physiatrists are especially skilled at treating ongoing back pain.

: There are a few options to manage uterine prolapse. Kegel exercises are very useful to prevent worsening. A pessary can be inserted to help keep things in place, but you must be careful to remove and clean it regularly. As a last resort, there are surgical options including mesh and vaginal sling but these are not without risks.

You should probably see a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy.

Have a radiologist review x-rays and mri. Consult physical therapist for exercise program, if ok with the general doctor, and consider a consultation with a pain specialist for chronic pain management with conservative management fails.

Have you tried: Stretching, strengthening your stomach and back muscles?  Have you tried an anti-inflammatory medicine?

A warm shower for aching joints or a something cold on aching muscles may help.

Conservative therapy: Conservative treatment is the first step.  A combination of core muscle strengthening, intermittent and as needed use of anti-inflammatory medications and maintaining an ideal body weight is usually effective at managing back pain.  If this is unsuccessful, i would recommend seeing a spine specialist. At 32 years old you may have premature degenerative disc disease.
