No: It is not routine practice to test for dyslexia before hiring. Hopefully if you have it you have had learned how to compensate. I am not aware of any company that tests before hiring.

Cognitive training : Difficulty with written language and auidory processing. Continued cognitive training and practice helps. Also finding employment with supports built into the job.

Dyslexia testing: Dyslexia needs to be diagnosed by a psychologist who is knowledgeable about learning differences.  IQ, academic, and phonological processing will all need to be assessed.

You have some: Dyslexia is a specific learning disability related to interpreting written language.  Writing letters backwards, difficulty with remembering what was read, and trouble interpreting and summarizing text are also common.  Adhd is a common coexisting condition.

Hard to know: Unless you have a proper evaluation by an educational psychologist or other testing expert it is hard to know whether your label is real or may be something else entirely. Most such issues when found do have training alternatives that focus on modalities of learning where you have strength. Get evaluated first, if this is impairing your quality of life. At that point plans can be made.

Dyslexia is a language-based learning disorder caused by a deficit in phonemic awareness, the processing of sound structure of language. 40% of children with dyslexia have an affected sibling or parent. Delays  in language development, inability to rhyme or to make sound/symbol associations  ("a as in apple") in preschoolers may predict reading disability in later grades.
