Depends: If  you  have a  28 day cycle  , you  will ovulate on  or about day  14 of  your cycle   if you have  a longer or shorter  cycle  it will be different. Use  an ovulation predictor  test if  you  need help.

i have a tablet qutan 50mg white color without any line on it. i need qutan 25mg for 7 days can i take half from the tablet. i am living in a village?

: Divided equally, this should be equal dose in each half. Biggest issue may be dividing the tablet equally. You did not mention if it was scored, which would allow for a better division.  If you divide, you can use small pieces as well to equal your 1/2 dose.  Good luck

in our village, people use plastic covers to light the fire while cooking(plastic covers are used as fuel for cooking),will it cause cancer?do we experience any symptoms? what are the alternatives for this?

: Burning plastic releases toxic gases and substances that are carcinogenic Your lungs will be the first to let you know, difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath. Try to use cooking oils, wood chips, charcoal and anything that  burns that is non toxic. Ask other villages what they use. No more plastic, the whole village will be exposed to cancer causing fumes.

i am pregnant in the 7 month. i had a minor car accident. i feel no pain or bleeding. i can't go to hospital - far in a village. should i be worried?

Village of bulgaria: If the accident was truly minor, why would one be asking such a question? Obviously there is some degree of concern, likley stemming  from being startled. If access to a hospital is not practical, a telephone call to your doctor would be the best thing you can do to answer this question. If no blunt trauma, no abdominal pain, no bleeding, & fetal movements are normal, likely okay, but call your dr.

See below: Visit your father frequently and ask to speak to the nursing staff and/or physicians in charge if you have any concern about the treatment being given. The staff will be more attentive when they know a family member is actively involved in your fathers care. Ask if the center has a Patient Advocate you can speak with. Each state also has a Long-Term Care Ombudsman to investigate complaints.

Steep a little..: ..Ginger and fennel  in boiling water for about ten minutes and make tea.  Let it cool, then give her small sips (5ml) every 5 minutes.  This will serve two purposes.  The ginger and fennel are both digestive aids and can help settle the stomach.  Giving small amounts minimizes the chance of vomiting and, even if she does vomit, helps maintain hydration.  If the problem continues, you will need md.

What country?: Centers for disease control has a great travel resource center with vaccination recommendations based on the destination:

am having sore throat and fever. what could it be and what do i take. am in a village in nigerian and can't reach a doctor?

Ask locals.: You are sick. I would consult with local people as you are probably not the first to experience this.
Try a warm salt water gargle-don't swallow the water.
Antibiotics are very appropriate. If you have analgesics (pain meds) they would be helpful, as well. Aspirin can control fever.
