Very low to zero: Much as I hate to say this if your husband has 0% sperm motility and a count of 17/ml he is basically sterile. Lower limit of normal for motility is 40% and lower limit of normal for concentration is 15 million/ ml. Specialist should be able to give you a good estimate of the likelihood for success. You  may want to explore improving your husbands numbers first. boxers and other life style changes

Too early : it's a few days to early to know for sure. If your IUI was 11 days ago you can check a home pregnancy test. If it's positive then great. If negative you will need to wait 2-5 days to repeat it and see if it shows up

Ovulation induction: With what you're taking, you cannot rely on your symptoms to rell if you're pregnant. You need to follow up with your doctor and, if your period does not begin, do a pregnancy test 2 weeks following IUI.

i was given duphaston 20mg daily for 14 days after my iui. i got my periods 2 days late. does this medication delay periods?

Duphaston  and IUI: Duphaston is used to support the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle (the full cycle lasts on average 28 days)  for in vitro fertilization.   I am assuming that the attempt failed since you got a period.   It is also used to treat heavy bleeding and irregular bleeding. I don't think the two are related except to indicate that the IUI did not take this cycle.   Check with your OB to be sure.

did iui on 5th september and my period date is on 21st that's today. but from 18 september is am getting brown discharge instead of periods. also i stop taking duphaston tablet now what that mean. pls help?

Brown = blood: Brown discharge is usually a small amount of blood. No conclusion can be made just from this though. If your IUI was over two weeks ago then you can check a pregnancy test and see if it was successful.

i had tender breasts, bloating, but all these have disappeared? i have mild cramp?

A person can't tell: Wait. A positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that prior spotting was actually implantation spotting. It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after IUI (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.

More info needed: The effect may be dose dependent, though unlikely to affect BBT (basal body temp). Bbt and the temperature elevation is a marker for ovulation and if you're undergoing fertility treatments at the age of 45, it may be more important to expedite surveillance and trigger ovulation medically. Discuss this with your physician.

You can't: An intrauterine insemination (iui) requires first semen to be washed as unwashed semen should not be inserted into the uterine cavity. A special catheter is then needed to enter the uterine cavity to deposit the washed sperm into the uterine cavity. For these reasons, as well as others, IUI cannot be performed at home.
