have indigestion since yesterday with burning dull pain up to my chest. nausea too. its been steady and worsening. antacids wont help.just dull gnawing upper stomach ache and cold feeling in chest.

Recommend a ER visit: your s/s can be either cardiac or GI. the safest thing is to go to ER and get an ECG. Especially  while your having symptoms. If the ECG shows changes then  USA or a heart attack will be treated . The blood work will also help. If the high sensitivity Trop-I level is neg and you ECG looks fine , it would go along way to making me (and I'm sure you) feel better.

Other symptoms include *burning sensation in chest (heartburn) *sour taste in your mouth *Chest pain *Difficulty swallowing * Dry cough *Hoarseness or sore throat *Regurgitation of food or sour liquid (acid reflux) *Sensation of a lump in throat. I would rec you see a physician.

You should go and see a physician for full diagnosis and treatment.

Infection if acute: The most common form of acute (sudden onset) gastric irritation is food contamination.  A virus, a bacteria such as salmonella from chicken for example can all lead to stomach aches.  Stress is another major cause that must be ruled out.  You may want to try aloe vera juice to soothe the pain and if the symptoms do not get better, seek professional advice from a doctor.

Sure: No doubt constipation can cause feelings of fullness, w some cramping and nausea. Now, why are you constipated. Are you well hydrated/Are you eating right, with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables? Are you getting enough exercise?Did you start any new medications, especially pain meds?  Talk to your doctor. Possibly: Viral infections can cause a lot of people to get sick very quickly especially in the school setting. I would suggest seeing your doctor if your symptoms are worse or do not get better in 3-4 days. Please have your parents take you to your doctor. Good luck

It is often associated with sensitivity to light or sound, and nausea and sometimes vomiting occur with it.  During a migraine the stomach empties more slowly and some people have abdominal pain at the same time.
