: Your ongoing symptoms are not herpes. They probably are entirely unrelated to HSV2, unless a psychological reaction to anxiety about having herpes. See a doctor if your symptoms continue and you remain concerned.

For men it is: unusual to get a urinary tract infection, but it can still happen.  Or infection of the vas deferens/epidydimus which can be STD related.  Or a prostate problem, which can only be diagnosed with an experienced healthcare provider.  Please see one to get proper diagnosis and treatment.

Navel is connected : As a baby in the mother's womb, the naval is connected to the bladder and penis. Probably you have seen the picture of umbilicus  ( future navel). You may have infection in the navel.

Never ignore: a penis bruise. It may be a broken blood vessel or trauma from intercourse or masturbation; however, you must be seen, examined, evaluated and diagnosed.

: Maybe penile sclerosing lymphangitis? Google it for more information and to see photos. Usually harmless and eventually clears up on its own, but once in a while can be associated with STDs. See a doctor, perhaps a urologist, and consider STD testing (gonorrhea, chlamydia) if at risk.

Urinary frequency: Is a symptom of bladder irritation.  You could also have prostatitis.  If untreated, chronic prostatitis can be real problem, so get to a doctor for exam and urine test.

Penile  lesions: If lumps are bruise related, and filled with blood then lesions are purplish and gradually become smaller in the absence of further trauma. If not, get tested for sexually transmitted diseases and treatment accordingly. Please  See  an urologist for diagnosis and care.
