Maybe, maybe not...: Lots of things give dull pain in abdomen. Harder to tell which organ, e.g. Colon, as opposed to gyn, stomach, gallbladder, etc. Yes, cancer of colon can be assoc with dull pain, but also no pain at all, sharp pain, visible blood, occult blood, no blood, change in bowel habit, weight loss,  etc. See your doc, get examined.

Bloody bowel movment: How long ago was colonoscopy? Could be diverticular bleed or hemorrhoids. Was diverticulosis or hemorrhoids noted at colonoscopy??  To prevent bleeding from that eat high fiber  oats, lentils brown rice barley every day , kale  avocado .Drink 2-3.5 liters water/gatordaie juice a day (a combo too much water dilutes sodium)  F/U  with  your doctor may need another colonoscopy if persists

i changed my diet to no dairy, meat or breads for 5 days. i wasnt going to the bathroom everyday and so i took a colon cleanser. my back and entire abdomen started to hurt like a dull pain. i am bloated and burp alot. what can i take to help?

Intestine problems :  Start by recording your diet, fluid intake, mood, stress levels, and symptoms in a diary for a few weeks. You and your doctor can use that information to help you.

What can this be? The list is very long. Here are a few that come to mind: Irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, dairy intolerance, bacterial overgrowth, anxiety.

i have dull pain under lower left rib sometimes under lower right rib also . nausea feeling sometimes, pain is worse after eating. had 2 recent ct scans , both normal.numerous blood tests  normal. im stressing so much over this could be colon issuse?

: Consider abdominal ultrasound  -  more sensitive for detection of gallstones; consider HIDA scan for ducts. Have you been checked for H pylori infection of the stomach as that can also cause pain . Would also check lipase / amylase/elastase ( pancreas ) . Would check cardiac function( as that can masquerade as GI pain)  and  the rare  possibility of  ischemic bowel / or splenic aneurysm f/u/w/MD

To make soft: And more easily passable stools, you must add fiber daily and drink extra water. Big bowl of Raisin Bran and 2 extra glasses of water daily should do the trick.

: I assume the physician examined your breast and nipple &amp; found no abnormalities. You are probably dealing with an irritable superficial nerve which, in time, should resolve. A lung cause usually increases with a deep breath &amp; associated cough is common. The site is too high for a colon or splenic cause. If symptoms persist get reexamined and a chest x-ray can be ordered.

Familial polyposis: If early onset polyps you are at risk for familial polyposis also and should be screened soon. Your symptoms could be tied to polyps or something worse, especially if you observe blood in the stool. Get screened!
