Muscle contraction: Sounds like you are having muscle contraction headaches that are often a result of stress.  I would speak to your primary care doctor and consider a referral to a clinical psychologist for stress reduction therapy.

NewIntermittent HA: New headaches that are on and off are much less likely to be very serious as compared to constant one. If its the worst headache of your life your doctor would want you to go to the er.  Otherwise see your doctor to help
 you find the cause and get treated.

ive had a dull mild headache the last 2 days. could this be a covid-19 symptom?

Mild headache.: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills &amp; muscle aches. If you only have this one isolated symptom, it makes it a little less likely to be COVID 19.

hit the back of my head. i have a dull headache and it's starting to hurt all over my head rather than just the back. is this normal or not?

It sounds like: U have symptoms of a concussion.  You certainly need rest.  Go in for any visual changes, changes in speech, worsening headache or movement changes.  Try aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofin and get some rest but go in for worsening symptoms.

Expected: Headache after using cocaine is typical. If getting worse up to 3 days after use, then worth getting checked out (especially if any associated nausea, vision changes, limb weakness or coordination problems). Not intending judgement, but have to note that sudden death is a potential outcome of use.

Headaches: Could be migraine but tension headaches are quite common as well and often cause "band-like" headaches around the head (in the area where you might wear a headband).  Also, tension headaches are often associated with tenderness at the muscles at the base of the skull.

i have a 16 year old son. he has been complaining about a dull headache. he said it is in the front and front top of the head.

Frontal Headache: This would be in the area of his frontal sinus and could be sinus headache.  He could also have a tension headache or muscle contraction headache.  History of allergies?  If the headache came on suddenly, that is always a concern for a more serious problem.

Sounds like: MIGRAINE....however should be checked out by an in person visit to your Primary Care Professional who may want to refer you to a NEUROLOGIST.

More info needed: What do you take to get rid of the pain? Do you take any medication regularly? How often? When did you get your eyes checked last? Do you have a family history of migraines? Is your eye-sight affected?

See if meds help: You can try aspirin ibuprofen or Tylenol. You should also decrease chocolate intake, no diet sodas, drink plenty of water. If you are a regular coffee drinking then you may need coffee. Excedrin for migraines can help too.
