Possible: Muscle pain 1-2 days following physical workouts is typical. Give yourself some hot showers twice a day or lay in hot water tub. This should go away in a couple of days. You should tine your body muscles with incremental workouts to avoid this in future. Eat plenty of oranges and bananas and drink milk for the extra calcium and potassium your muscles need. Many causes: The causes of right sided abdominal pain are many. In upper abdomen, gall bladder, liver, stomach, small bowel, large bowel, and kidney can all contribute. Appendix symptoms are usually in the right lower quadrant of abdomen.The large bowel extends from right to left side and cause both right and left sided pain. Right kidney and head of pancreas may also be left sided. See doctor for exxamination.

as far as the knee concern she might have a baker cyst
