If you are: On the correct dose of brand name T4 replacement and your thyroid blood tests are normal, your hashimoto's is not the cause of your hip and knee pain. Look for somethng else with your doctor's help.

Could be anything.: Thigh pain can be form a quad strain, or can be referred pain, meaning that somewhere else is actually causing pain.  Injuries to the hip joint can cause thigh pain, as can referred pain from the lumbar spine.  Probably best to get it checked out if it keeps up.

Leg ache: These symptoms could be a pinched nerve in your lumbar spine. It may be caused by a bulging or hrniated disc. Watch for any numbness or weakness in the leg. Avoid heavy lifting, proponged sitting and bending forward. Please have a pain specialist or a neurologist evaluate you.

Inner thigh pain : This should be evaluated by a doctor. Several things come to mind, hip pain seems likely,  it can be a circulation issue, muscle pain, referral from the kidney, pain from a femoral hernia

Early cellulitis?: Only two things come to mind. An early skin infection (cellulitis) which has not completely developed. Typically there is redness, warmth and tenderness in the area, but this may not be apparent early on. Monitor the area. Less likely, there could be an area of nerve damage in the skin causing very sensitive and noxious sensations to touch: a condition called dysesthesia. It could also be nothing.

my right thigh has a warm sensation.  not sure if this is related.... but my groin aches.  i had a vasectomy a year ago and the groin area not same.

See your doctor: Your symptoms could be due to a DVT (blood clot) which would require an ultrasound to diagnose. Alternatively, any surgery can facilitate nerve pain but that usually happens soon after the event. This is called complex regional pain syndrome. Another thing to consider in the area is meralgia paresthetica and inguinal hernia.
