Need evaluation: U could have early arthritis, or some impingement. This is very hard 2 answer without x-rays and a hands on exam.

No: There are many causes for pain in this area with most being related to GI or gyn issues. You should have this evaluated by your doctor.

See below: There are lot of possibilities like a urinary tract infection or kidney infection, kidney stone, muscle sprain, strain or spasms, pelvic disease like endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease, spondylosis, disk injury or spinal fracture, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.  See you doctor soon.

Abdominal mass: Great description!   You need to correlate your exam with your doctor.   Stool is my best guess.   Other things need X-rays etc to determine what they are.   Good luck

Most likely bursitis: but it could be other things, such as pelvic infection or abdominal hernia.  Best to have your doctor check it out if pain persists for more than a week or so.

: Regular aerobic exercise is recommended. Any exercise, walking, jogging, cycling, treadmill, elliptical etc will do. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week at an intensity that induces perspiration. It may take 3 months or so to see the full effect.

: If this is going on for 10-14 days or more, and is painful enough to cause significant distress, please see your primary care doctor for an evaluation.  S/he will want to know if you have had any swelling, fever, weight loss, or limitation in your usual activities.   The more specific detail you can provide will help with diagnosis
