Change therapy: Testosterone injections are the least desirable form of treatment but the cost is less.  It would be preferable to receive the hormone through the skin without use of a needle.  The blood levels do not fluctuate as they do with injections.

Groin injury : Usually  pain if  trauma and injury.  In the groin , could be hernia or if active in sports a sport hernia,. If trauma to the testicles pain swelling  Usually  fertility should not  be affected if not severe But if there was trauma  or you have pain swelling  in the groin or testicle follow up with doctor urgent  care  today as there can  be twisting of testicle which is an emergency. f/u today

Mgt: Low potassium may cause muscle cramps. Sources of potassium include oranges and kiwis.

: No, masturbation does not cause testicular shrinkage. Yes, your testicle size is small with that dimension 2 x 2 cm. However, if the semen volume and testosterone level are good, you should be fine.

Anhedonia: Your hormone levels are almost normal, your Prolactin is slightly elevated but I would repeat it again, also for Cortisol the level fluctuates throughout the day, and it's better measured early in the morning. 
I'm not sure what you mean by odd vision, is it double, blurry, floaters or not able to see in some part of your visual field. Please talk to your provider.

Undescended: There are a number of reasons for undescended testes including low testosterone.

Have your primary doctor refer you to a Urologist for evaluation and management.

i had a recent ct scan showing no damage to the pelvis or penile arteries. all i have is a small umbilical hernia. what is the likely cause of my ed? i'm 31 years old male, testosterone under/around 400. 5'9 160 pounds. cannot get full erection?

: There are many reasons for ED including hormonal disruptions, poor diet, stress, medications, etc. These issues do not show up on a CT scan. I would follow up with a family doctor to thoroughly investigate the list of potential triggers.

May have UTI: You probably have a urinary tract infection. Go to see your doctor or go to urgent care and get yourself checked and treated. You may need an antibiotic for the infection. Also you will need to have your groin/right testicle checked just to make sure there is nothing worrisome like testicular mass etc.
