Hyperhidrosis: The most effective topical medication that I have found for hyperhidrosis is topical Glycopyrrolate 3-5%.  You have to have a prescription then have it compounded at a compound pharmacy.

Aluminum chloride: anti perspirant is best applied to the limited areas of he underarms, palms and soles.

Drysol is Irritating: Drysol can causes this type of irritation reaction after use.  I recommend you first gently wash both armpits to remove any residual drysol. Then use cold packs under each arm to ease the discomfort.  Do this several times today and tomorrow, if needed. Also, applying cold aloe vera gel (keep the bottle in the fridge). Next time, leave the drysol on for 1-2 hours, then wash it off.  It still works

First, the culprits: Retained feces mixed with urine/perspiration/bacteria is the problem you are valiantly trying to address! Try an antiperspirant gel or soap; use a loofah or washcloth to clean everywhere! Shaving (carefully) may help. Some use apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball; the vinegar smell doesn't linger. Try Gold Bond powder and use wipes after defecating. Avoid pills/drugs.STRESS REDUCTION! Good wishes!

HUH???: Hyperhidrosis does not cause redness of the dorsum [top] of the hand. Exactly which topical antibiotic? Why? Topical antibiotic and latex allergy certainly can make hands red. Why Benadryl? Used mostly as a sleep aid, should not be used except at bedtime. Echinacea is a waste of money.

Try this.: Hygiene and diet may contribute to your condition.  Some disease such as diabetes can cause yeast infection and odor in this area.  Also local skin allergies and irritations may need addressed.  Ask you primary care giver to help you understand the various factors.  Hope this helps.
