Pimples, short perio: Repeat the HCG or get a blood level in 7-10 days  or consider ultrasound in 1-2 weeks.  For  pimples there can always be hormonal variation could try over the counter  acne medications like clerasil with benzoyl peroxide or ProActiv system , wash face 2 x a day- just gentle soap,  drink  3-4 glasses of water a day, avoid soda,  candies chocolate, eat greens , get sleep. F/u /w /doc for prescrption

i find things like benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid spot treatments aren't helping my pimples fade faster. so, instead i use drying treatments. this does kind of help my breakouts, although it sometimes makes my face dry and itchy; suggestions?

: Post-inflammatory pigmentation can take variable amount of time to fade. Using a sunscreen may help. If it is an important cosmetic issue, you may wish to consult a dermatologist.
