: It could be inflammatory but cannot tell from description.   If it persists see your PCP or if possible a dermatologist.  This problem could also probably be taken care of in our urgent care or primary care clinics.

Dettol: Dettol is a disinfectant that is diluted and used to clean cuts. It sounds like you may have had an allergic reaction to this agent. I would not recommend using it again. I would consult a dermatologist.

: You keep asking much the same question. Maybe a problem is the term "shaving stick", which usually means a product to stop bleeding of shaving nicks. But you also mention sharp instrument, maybe a razor? There could be slight risk, if used immediately after an HIV infected person, and if visible wet blood were on the blade. Otherwise no risk, and virus survival duration doesn't matter.

Family practice: You might consider laser treatment for hair removal. The cost wouldn't be that much for such o small area. That would give you the best result.

Depends: Usually best to shave more gently but more frequently. The longer you go between shaves the more irritating it is. Depends on type of skin and type of hair. Kinky hairs are associated with pseudofolliculitis. Do you have a specific problem????
