Possible recurrence: This could be a recurrence of the infection or something totally different.It would be wise to get in tomorrow and have an exam & retest

Rashes: Over the computer rashes really cannot be diagnosed.  Could be several things such as a common fungal rash to something more serious.  See the Dr. for a visual evaluation of the area to get diagnosed and treated well. Good luck.

Scaly leg skin: Scaly leg skin is often due to dryness, which can be caused by harsh soaps, hot water, chronic sun exposure or genetic condition with fish-like scales (ichthyosis vulgaris). Other health conditions associated with ichthyosis.  You can improve the appearance of dry skin or ichthyosis by using good skin care and moisturizers with a little Alpha hydroxy acid in them but there is no permanent cure.

i have scaly skin on my legs, which looks especially terrible wheny skin is dry. i have had it for years and it doesn't itch or hurt. what's wrong?

Coconut Oil/Fish Oil: Coconut oil helps with dry skin in the winter time when ingested.  It looks like a jar of lard but tastes good enough--not as good as an easter egg.  You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it.  It heats up easily so be careful when cooking with it.  Alternatively, high doses of marine fish oil can help if not on a blood thinners.  Avoid alcohol-containing lotions.

Insect Bites: Your bumps are most likely bug bites but to be sure of the diagnosis you need to be seen by a dermatologist. Treatment would be topical prescription cortisone like clobetasol.

You could have dry skin, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, a dermatophyte infection or a large number of other diagnoses. To get a diagnosis of any rash, you really need to see a physician. Start with your primary care doctor, and consider a dermatologist if s/he isn't sure what to recommend..

Rash: Unfortunately it is almost impossible to diagnose rashes over the computer.  Could be hives, could be a fungal dermatitis which often occurs in "circles" or "ring like rashes."  See the Dr. if they persist and get diagnosed and treated as needed.  Best wishes.
