Possible: Pre-ejaculatory fluid contains sperm and therefore allows for the possibility of conception. Risk may not be high but is certainly not zero.

i bite my nails - and i hurt the skin right next to the corner of my fingernail. its now a tiny black mark and the skin around it looks dry. its a bit swollen but very sore to the touch. how do i help it to heal faster it?

Finger swelling : I see this a lot in patients with anxiety. It may be infected. See your doctor about the swelling and the reasons your bite your nails

: Vitamin B deficiency is one possibility. Take over the  counter multivitamins for 2-3 weeks and if that does not resolve the matter, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

Dry skin: Creams work better than lotions for moisturizing such dry skin. The way you described the extent of dryness, it is important to have a physician take a look at the skin to determine if it is some skin condition other than dryness.

: I have never heard of a dry drop. Milk it and see if any thing comes out. If so get an STD test. If not and not using protection I would get STD exam and test.
